For IV iron clinics in Canada

Software for IV iron clinics,
from referral to recheck.

iViron runs the patient side of an iron infusion clinic: referral reading, the intake call, chair booking, rebooking and follow-up between infusions — with your EMR still the record.

In use at Dr. Kevin McLeod's practice in North Vancouver, BC.

How a patient moves through your clinic

  1. The referral arrives

Add a faxed or emailed referral and iViron reads it for you: name, birthday, PHN, phone, family doctor and past blood work. It reads each referral twice and asks your team to check anything the two reads don't agree on.

  2. The intake call

Patients waiting for a call sit on the Phone intake tab. The nurse's call happens on one screen: answers from the referral already filled in, a live transcript, and the next question in view.

  3. Book the chair

Book the infusion while the patient is still on the phone. Each room keeps its own hours. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, or by text when there is no email.

  4. Infusion day

Print the day sheet with names, times and birthdays. Once a visit is entered in your EMR, tick it — the Not in EMR tab shows your front desk what's left.

  5. Follow-up and rebooking

Patients log blood tests and how they feel in the iViron app. When someone is due again, text them a rebook link: they confirm their birthday and pick a time.

More for your team

Nurse call list

Patients your nurses need to call are on one list, with the last message sent and buttons to mark "Reached" or "No answer".

Rooms and schedule

Set up your rooms and chairs with their own hours, see the day at a glance, and move or cancel a booking from the patient chart.

A patient app

Patients track blood tests, infusions and symptoms between visits, and can show their doctor a one-page summary.

Built to PIPEDA + BC PIPA

Each clinic's data is kept separate, and every staff access is logged. Health records are stored in Canada, and the app and its AI run there too.

Common questions

Which clinics use iViron?

iViron is in use at Dr. Kevin McLeod's practice in North Vancouver, BC. Each clinic that uses iViron is an independent medical practice — iViron makes the software and does not provide care.

Does this replace our EMR?

No. Your EMR stays the record. iViron handles the work around it — referrals, intake calls, booking, reminders and follow-up — and the Not in EMR tab shows which visits still need entering.

What does iViron cost a clinic?

It depends on your clinic. Tell us about it in the form below and we'll send you pricing.

How do my patients get set up?

A QR poster in your waiting room, or a quick text invite. Patients complete their own intake — their name is pre-filled, and they consent before anything is shared.

Do patients need a smartphone?

No. Appointment messages go by email, or by text when there is no email, and your team can book by phone. The app runs in any phone or computer browser for patients who want it.

Is our patient data kept separate from other clinics?

Yes. Each clinic sees only its own patients, and every staff access is written to an audit trail — built to PIPEDA and BC PIPA. A patient's own results reach another clinic only if they connect to it and agree.

Where is the data kept?

Health records are stored in Canada (Montréal), the app runs in Canada (Montréal), and its AI features run on Microsoft Azure in Canada. Email, text messages and payments use US-based services — our privacy policy lists every one.
